A recent TikTok video appears to show a customer verbally assaulting a McDonald’s employee with aggressive language, racial slurs, and threats of violence while waiting for an order. The footage, posted by a user identified as @jazz11289, begins inside a McDonald’s restaurant. The video shows a customer, wearing a tan shirt and dark leggings, leaning over the counter and speaking to an employee.
The customer is heard speaking aggressively to an employee behind the counter, demanding action and expressing impatience. The customer repeatedly told an individual identified as Alexis in the video, “while you flipping them patties up, do something, do something, do something.” The customer was heard stating, “I just want you to do something” multiple times during the exchange.
